Just Some Bibliophilic Things #5 | 17/10/20

Hey Guys! Welcome to another JSBT post. It is a weekly meme that takes place every Saturday here, on my blog. For all the details , click here.

This week’s question: One book related memory that you love.

So, a book related memory I love is of when I was in the second grade. In our school library, we were allowed to take books according to our grades. For example, first graders were to take from a certain section, second graders from another and third and fourth graders from a section. Any first grader/ second grader who was an avid reader could take books from the higher class sections provided he/she proved themselves worthy.

Now, I was determined to do so. So, everyday I would take a book and read and return it. And finally I was allowed to read books from the third and fourth grade sections. That small thing made me extremely happy!!

Last week I loved Cherelle and Nehal’s posts! You can check them out here and here respectively.

What are your answers for today’s question?? Leave a link to your blog or answer in the comments!!

Next Week’s question: Which genre do you not read? Why? Would you like to read any book from that genre??

P.S.- Random fact of the day:
The hashtag symbol is technically known as an octothorpe.

  1. My favorite book related memories are all those lovely times that I used to Billu and Pinky and Chacha Chaudhary. 😍😍😍 they were so good. Also the time I got the HP box set on my birthday is a fond memory I have. Nice post

  4. Riddhi, Thank you for the question and here is the answer comes for you…

I like to read all books..R.K Narayan books are something special, He used to write in layman’s language…
I used to take every genre randomly..so its difficult to choose a genre that I wont opt but definitely only focuses on good morale books..

  5. That’s such a sweet memory – I’m glad all your hard work paid off!
I think my favorite bookish memory was probably the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. My best friend and I picked up our copies at midnight (wearing Hogwarts costumes) and then we stayed up all night and the rest of the day reading together 😊
