Award | The Liebster Award #8

Hola amigos! Today, I will be doing yet another round of the Liebster Award! This time I was tagged by Ceridwen Silverheart @Illuminating the Fool’s Mirror! They run a wonderful blog, and a million thanks to you, Ceridwen for tagging me! Also, sorry for getting to it so late! Let’s get started!

Rules:

  1. Thank the blogger who nominated you and give a link to the blog.
  2. Answer the 11 questions given to you.
  3. Nominate between 5-11 other bloggers.
  4. Ask your nominees 11 questions.
  5. Notify your nominees once you’ve uploaded your post.

Ceridwen’s questions:

  1. Name one place you really want to visit someday.
There are actually two places I want to visit and live in- New York and Paris.
  2. What is the perfect end to a day?
    Reading in bed with coffee.
  3. Which do you prefer: Cooking for someone, having someone cook for you, cooking for yourself, or takeout?
Cooking for myself. I really enjoy doing that and nearly always end up loving what I cook.
  4. For reading, what format do you like best (print, electronic, audio, etc.)?
    Print, duh.
  5. Other than looking at a clock or phone, how do you check the time?
    A watch, haha.
  6. What kind of ending to a story makes you mad?
Where the loyal sidekick doesn’t get the ending they deserved! It’s so infuriating!
  7. If you had a time machine, what would you use it for?
    Depends-
If it can only take me in the past, then I wanna go advise my 13-year-old self, of the horrors that lie ahead (COVID, etc.)

If it can only take me in the future, I wanna go see how I am 10 years later.
  8. If you could control an element, what would it be?
    Air.
  9. Are colors more or less vivid in your dreams?
Less, I think. I don’t really remember my dreams much.
  10. What kind of sky lifts your heart?
When the sun rises…. there’s this purplish tinge in the sky, which looks so promising.
  11. Where do the lost things go?
The same place broken hearts go.

Since I am tagged for the Liebster award for the eighth time, I am not tagging anyone else. However, feel free to answer Ceridwen’s questions, if you wanna give them a go! They were fun to answer!

  1. Hahaha, I really appreciate your answer to number 5 😂 But I actually use my watch way more than my phone or clocks, so I think that’s very fair!
I could never live in a big, bustling city though. You’re welcome to have Paris and New York to yourself! (Although I wouldn’t mind going on vacation there for a couple of days and have someone cook for me while I’m there 😉)

    1. Ah I see! I havent worn a watch for a super long time, so not valid for me 😂
And, I don’t know, I feel like I will love the bustling city life- I mean, I do live in a mediumish city already!
Also, I saw in the news that there are floods in Germany- I don’t know where you live, but if they have affected your area, are you and your family safe?

      1. I feel completely weird if I’m not wearing a watch – I keep looking at my wrist and checking the time anyway 😂

Also, my family and I are okay, but thanks for checking in! ❤ We live in the southeast of Germany and the area hit worst is the northwest. But it’s still absolutely horrifying; I’ve never seen anything like this happen here! I’ve been donating to relief funds and stuff, but seeing that type of destruction in your own country still makes you feel really helpless.

      2. Haha, can’t really relate, tbh

And, oh, I totally get it, there are floods and cyclones in India every year, and it’s really horrible! But glad, you are okay (:

  2. That’s a really interesting answer about the time machine! I hadn’t thought about it like that, the possibility of only getting to visit either the past or the future. I think I’d pick the past in that case. I’m already such a worrywart that I think seeing the future would only make me more fretful. 😅
