Book Tag | The RIP or SHIP book tag ft. Simran @Far From Perfect

Hey everyone! Welcome or welcome back to my blog!

Today I’ve an exciting person here on my blog- Simran @Far From Perfect! The number of times she’s been on my blog is ridiculously much, honestly, but I don’t mind really, cause it’s fun!

So, Simran and I decided a few popular books that we’d both read. From those few books, both of us gave each other five pairings across the books, and well, we either SHIPped them or RIPped them.

We found the tag at Coffee Stars Books, and they did it slightly differently than we did, so if you do the tag, you can see how they did it, and do it that way as well!

Let’s get into it! The following are pairings I gave to Simran, and to see my answers to her pairings, head over to her blog!

1. Augustus Waters and Inej

Hmmm well ngl I am not that big a fan of TFIOS and Inej is a complete  badass and I don’t think they will be able to balance each other out. Also don’t hate me for saying this but I don’t really like Augustus Waters that much 

Verdict: RIP

I don’t know, I think Augustus being kind of understanding would get Inej’s past and everything and you know, might just be good for her. It’s actually pretty variable.

2. Kaz and Cinder

I actually think this would work out well Kaz and Cinder know and would be able to understand each other’s struggles and would make a formidable team in my opinion (also can you imagine the heists they will be able to pull off together)

Verdict : SHIP

I agreee.

3. Percy Jackson and Hermione

Oooo yup this would be interesting to see and Hermione and Annabeth do share some traits so I think this would also work out well in a world where Demigods and Wizards and Witches know of each other (That should deffo be a book actually, ok side note when I was in like 6th I had actually written a chapter for a demigod and wizarding world story)

Verdict: SHIP

Wait, I want to read that chapter. And I wish JKR and Uncle Rick get together and well, you know, write a crossover.

4. Ron Weasley and Piper

Umm no I can’t even really explain why but let’s just say that it is a gut feeling that Ron and Piper would not work out 

Verdict: RIP 

Understandable.

5. Levi and Hazel (from TFIOS)

Oooo despite me not liking TFIOS that much this is an interesting pairing. Levi is actually pretty sweet if we remove the whole he was the boyfriend of Cath’s roommate thing and honestly Hazel does just need a guy who understands her love for her favourite book and someone who is just there for her.

Verdict: Ship (Yus not SHIP but I think it might work out)

Agreed.
